Paramount Championship is an interclass competition to test the students in a great magnitude of disciplines ranging from academic events to stage performances in order to provide a platform for all Sri KDU Secondary School students to showcase their creativity and talents. In addition, this is also one signiture annual school event that helps promote class unity while allowing the building of positive rapport among the students, and between the students and their homeroom teachers. 1. The Paramount Championship Grand Finals will be held on the 29 June for Category A and 30 June for Category B for the year 2011.

Event 5 - Duet/Group Singing
PRELIMS
Theme: Fast Number
Time limit: 1.5min (max.)
Dates: Category A – 21 March
Category B – 22 March
You will be judged:
- You will need at least 4 GREEN CARDS to move to the next round.
*Out of all the contestants, only 20 participants will be chosen to enter the next round.*
QUATERFINAL
Theme: Malay / Mandarin
*other languages are NOT allowed
Time limit: 1.5min (max.)
Dates: Category A&B - 9 April
You will be judged:
- Marks will be given.
- The marks given will determine your position in the next round. (first to tenth position)
*Out of 20 contestants, only 10 will be chosen to enter the next round.*
SEMIFINALS
Theme: ANY SONG
*This is set in a battle mode
Time limit: Full Song
Dates: Category A&B - 4 May
