Paramount Championship is an interclass competition to test the students in a great magnitude of disciplines ranging from academic events to stage performances in order to provide a platform for all Sri KDU Secondary School students to showcase their creativity and talents. In addition, this is also one signiture annual school event that helps promote class unity while allowing the building of positive rapport among the students, and between the students and their homeroom teachers. 1. The Paramount Championship Grand Finals will be held on the 29 June for Category A and 30 June for Category B for the year 2011.

Event 9 - Song Writing
Theme :
1) World Peace
2) Romance
We are having two themes for song writing this year.
Each entry must include:
a) completed entry form
b) song on CD. If you are submitting multiple songs or one song in multiple categories, please put them all separate CDs.
c) two copies of the lyric sheet for each entry.
CD submission due date : 25th March 2011
Live performance date : 29th April 2011
The Top 5 songs will be announced on the first week of April. The top 5 are required to perform live on 29th April. 3 Songs will then chosen to proceed to the Grand Finals.
